Shipping and Delivery
The Provider will deliver all products ordered within 2 - 5 working days of confirmation of order or within extended time period upon making such reasonable arrangements with The Purchaser and the same applies to installation of the under counter water purification systems. All prices quoted includes delivery and or installation where so stated. Delivery and installation is a service provided by the supplier of The Provider and The Provider does not accept any liability for any loss or damages to property during installation, which should be claimed against the supplier and/or installer. The Provider will provide his assistance to facilitate the resolution of any problems and/or claims which may occur.
Refund and Return Policy
Refund and Return Policy Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
